Their Executive Chef Tim Elliott offers a rich and diverse menu according to the season, prepared with sophistication. New lunch, brunch and dinner menus are prepared every season. Contemporary American cuisine with flavors from the ancient Silk Road is presented at Mie N Yu to provide you the unique Silk Road dining experience.
